Gregory Fangeux is a 3D set designer and was part of Dennis Gassner's team on SKYFALL. Here he's posted online the sketches and CG designs for four scenes from the film.

Casino entrance
Casino interior
Elevator and cargo jet

I've no idea what or where the plane scene was, before it was cut somewhere along the line. That said, Ola Rapace in an interrview said he had filmed a scene with Javier Bardem. Maybe it was this?

The three items listed in Shark's post are actually links. (Note to the powers-that-be here: links should probably be distinguishable from regular old words without having to mouse over them.)

The Macau casino is a beautiful set, one of my favourite casinos in Bond!

I have a feeling the cargo plane set applied to a scene of Bond transporting Silva to London? Maybe Mendes decided that there was already enough awkward Silva-Bond banter and cut that scene out.

Some amazing work. Without a doubt it's the most believable CGI work to be featured in a Bond film.

Seems like it'll age well, too. We'll see.
