Regarding the thread's title:

My favourite instrumental, orchestral track of all time is, obviously I guess, OHMSS by John Barry.
I also have to point you to this track: On Her Majesty's Secret Service by Propellerheads/David Arnold.

Other than that I'll have to choose "White Knight" by David Arnold. That's maybe shocking, positively shocking?

It's just that I feel it's an epic and fantastic musical journey that accompanies my favourite nine and a half minutes of Bond.

Not at all shocking to me - I rate TND very highly.
