I might give this a chance but when I read an online description of the show, it didn't exactly sound like something that I'd necessarily enjoy.

I've heard Maniac is very bland from others too. Like Sabs, it's not something I'd enjoy anyway so won't be wasting my time on it.

The insistence of unsuitable directors and an ageing actor returning because of the cash, B25 is destined for artistic failure.

I don't have Netflix, so my sole thought about this is how much weight Jonah Hill appears to have lost (if the marketing is anything to go by).

I've seen the first ep. Seems intriguing.
