Scene 27? Pretty early in the film, then.

Apparently there was an explosion heard while filming this scene, followed by M and the police officer looking in the direction of the MI6 building. Rumour's about that the MI6 building will be blown up in post-production, with the help of CGI, sets and/or model work.
