Not sure whether to cheer or to cry atm but David Yates looks to be turning his attention to another, older, British institution - Dr Who in a timeline completely independent of the TV show - though I guess that's only what the Peter Cushing films did in the 60's.

Lets hope this fades into obscurity.

Absolutely unwanted.

I remember what Working Title did to Thunderbirds. Merged it with fucking Spy Kids.

The reminder of Thunderbirds hurts.

Twice more that a Dr Who film is considered. Nothing much will likely happen with it I'll bet. Like Logan's Run remake it'll rattle on forever.

Well, until it turns 30.

Heard about this on the news this morning ... initial excitement was tempered somewhat when the report went on to say it's likely at least 3 years away, it's impossible to say who'll be the Doctor in it at this stage, the idea was to look at the Dr Who story 'from scratch' 😕, and that American writers are being considered as well as British ones ... oh, like with that last series of Torchwood? Yeah, that went well  .
