Maybe he could play the part of one of Brokenclaw's wolves? |

| Scene 1: Bond is doing his shopping in Tesco. He finds a great BOGOF on doughnuts. |

Sebastian Faulks has already done it with Bond going shopping in Pistache. |

| OK Brian, there's no need to be a grocery snob. We can't all afford Waitrose, you know. |

We don't have Waitrose here. I'm happy enough with Tesco. |

| I'm sure Sebastian Faulks could have managed it too. |

I'd prefer plush women and beautiful locations. Though I don't see how the damage of making Blofeld Bond's long-lost step-brother can ever be repaired.
I don't either. Craig-Bond can't face Blofeld/SPECTRE in Bond 25 without audiences forgetting that silly Austin Powers dynamic. Perhaps with new actors playing Bond and Blofeld it could work. But I'd rather not see Blofeld at all anymore. - Secret Files wrote:

By absurd, I didn't mean Bond and Blofeld were foster brothers. I want Benign Bizarre, not the malignant kind. But yes, SF and SP made an effort to return to the absurd, but where SF committed to it, SP didn't and becomes a confused amalgamation of You Only Live Twice and The Bourne Identity. Santa's right. The glamour needs to come back too. |

The only option is to completely ignore the previous film just as DAF did with OHMSS. If they even consider bringing Brother Blowie back, it'll be an eye-watering disaster. |

| By the time this film comes out, we might have all forgotten that there ever had been a previous film. |

Doesn't sound like we're going to be allowed to pretend it doesn't exist. Seeing as how the rumors that circulated prior to filming SPECTRE were mostly accurate, it sounds like BOND 25 is going to be a continuation of what was started in SPECTRE. In other words, EON is going to double-down on what didn't work in SPECTRE in an attempt to make us all believe that we as viewers were the problem and not the product they put on the screen. As far as distribution rights go...maybe the offer price was lower without Craig as part of the deal, but EON is going to have to deal with this situation after BOND 25, so at best they're merely kicking the can down the road. Unless EON plans on getting out of the Bond business after 25. |

| I actually think there's a lot of potentially good stuff they can take from Spectre. Just not any of Bond's background shit, seeing Bond's home, any of the gritty or 'personal' stuff. And Hans Landa lite didn't work for me either. I love the criminal organisation idea, just not how it was done this time, but rethink it, get Isaacs in maybe as an all new villain, that could please lots of people. |

That roofy is is still affecting your judgement.
I favour a scorched earth policy to Bond. How about something really radical like a chain-smoking, hard-drinking womanising loner with a sense of self- sacrifice and deep love of country? That be a huge change from the current ‘cunt for hire’ model.
Sounds like a film series I used to enjoy. |

Almost forgot about that. Of course they had to give him a half-empty heroin den to superficially show what a hard cunt he is. The man is particular about everything from his cocktails to his coq au vin, but apparently he's too much of a badass for furniture. |
