Do a lot of the earlier Bond movies force Bond to be with a British woman?

Some of the earlier ones do where I feel Bond ends up with a British women, but geographically would not end up with a woman who is like British. Women like Honey Rider, Pussy Galore, or Solitaire for example. Unless I am wrong?

Honey Ryder's accent doesn't quite derive from any specific location - but I wish it did! Solitaire being British could be justified as Jamaica being a British colony though it doubles for fictional San Monique... As for Pussy Galore, as is probably the case in the early films, many of the creative decisions probably derived from the smaller budgets, so casting local actors in the roles was cost efficient. Not that it matters so much - the 60s produced some of the very best Bond girls.

Does Solitaire count as an 'earlier' Bond Girl, given that LALD is the eighth film and the series was 11 years old at that stage?
