Is this supposed to be before or after the Damon Seed?

After I think.
Did I see Joan Allen and Donna Murphy or did my eyes decieve me?

Hmm, looks interesting. I do need to see the first three again sometime, it's been years.

Yeah, Miss Allen is there. She's good, but I was hoping Chris Cooper would be back.
Big mistake bumping him off in Identity.

Wish they could have used a better title.

Not sure how is this even a Bourne movie without Jason Bourne.
It will be akin to naming a movie Bond by saying the character at one time dated Melina Havelock, who at one other time met Bond.

Looks pretty dull, but at least Gilroy seems to have ditched shaky-cam.

The blinds in the trailer are a nice touch.

I think the clue about the main character is the word "Legacy", meaning that after the destruction that was Bourne there were more like him. As in altered people that like Bourne were essentialy a weapon. I do not think that the main character will be called Jason Bourne, which was actually only a nom du guerre. His actual name was David Webb (as played by Matt Damon).
Will most probably watch this.

Looks like more of the same apart from obviously Renner replacing Damon.
I would have preferred Doug Liman to return, Gilroy is a bland choice.

Where's Rachel Weisz?
Anyway, Damon and Renner look so alike that it might as well be the same character. I'm not a fan of Gilroy's movies (Duplicity, Michael Clayton), so I'm not that excited about it. They should make a movie with Damon in 5-10 years about a "reactivated" Bourne hunting down a Carlos-like assassin, like in the Supremacy novel. That would be a lot more interesting.

Can't wait for this film but the trailer is a disappointment. I know it's only a teaser but it's pretty dull.

We should have Bourne and Bond moving in together after meeting at their Nu Men group.
It could open with them sat around a campfire enjoying an exhilarating improvised ditty along the lines of, 'We are men, we are sorry, we didn't put the toilet seat back down...'

It's obviously set after the events of IDENTITY (the hunt for Jason Bourne has clearly been underway for a while), but the presence of David Strathairn suggests that it's set before the events of ULTIMATUM.

Hey, it doesn't take much to please me. As long as Bond is tall, dark and handsome, M is an ex-admiral and Felix is a straw-haired Texan then all is right with the world. If Santa takes it up the arse and swallows my glue then that's a happy bonus.
