25% women, 25% excrutiatingly long work shifts, 49% the existence of Shitefall, 1% the time it takes for j7's pics to load up on my computer. There's my low input rate of late in a nutshell. Rumours that I'd defected back over to MI6 under an unpronouncable half-illegal immigrant, half-spambot username are completely unfounded, as are rumours that I was killed in an accident with a three-bar fire over Christmas. And that malicious rumour that I've been lurking in Turkey for the last two months on a secret state mission to assassinate Barbara Broccoli is unfortunately also complete and utter bullshit.
Thrice and Scashy FTW in this thread, BTW; An 80-year old Roger Moore as Bond on the rampage through Buckingham Palace at 100mph to stop an assassination attempt on the Queen? It's the stuff non-Babs Bond films are made of.

What needs sorting? And don't say "everything", as that would be as much use as a chocolate teapot on the set of a Sam Mendes Bond film. Have you PM'd M?
Good to see you're still around though Ambler.

What about the rumour of you being the one handcuffed to the goalposts at Goodison the other week?

I heard that was a Sharky/Ambler sex stunt gone wrong through misinterpretation after Santa requested they handcuff her and take shots at her. ;)

Ha, somehow it makes sense :)
If it can be arranged at Fratton Park or the FA/FL...
But I digress.

this place needs constant tending and M has picked a fine time to go on hiatus. I think I shall join him. See you all in a month or two.
In the meantime, you may as well post some more antisemitic shit, J7. Apparently you have carte blanche.
We've always tried to be as lenient as possible around here to the point where there are barely any rules people need to abide by. Unfortunately on occasion people throw that trust back in our faces and push things to the point of potential trouble by posting needlessly excessive content.
As far as discipline goes, the aim for these forums is for the members to all take responsibility and care when posting, and to have the common sense to know what will be accepted and what won't. We shouldn't need a fussy admin having to slap people on the wrist every two minutes, as I'd like to think we're all smart enough and old enough to know how to behave.
But, as needs must.....
Erica Ambler wrote:
J7 could follow some protocol.
No uppercase DIGITAL SHOUTING.
No unnecessarily coloured fonts.
Most importantly, no more libellous statements that will only get this place shut down.
I'm setting the above in stone, especially the bottom line of it. Blatant, aggressive racism or completely unsubstantiated statements which could get us shut down will result in the person responsible going on "holiday" for a while (or even something more permanent), to put it as politely as I possibly can. This applies not just to j7wild, but to anybody else who thinks these kind of posts are acceptable. Seriously, the repercussions for this site could be severe if I just stand back and allow certain comments here to continue going unaddressed, and I hope everybody understands the position I'm put in over it. The Mods here have already cleaned up a fair bit of malicious content from the boards, which I greatly appreciate, but it's something they shouldn't have to be doing. People should know better than to post offensive and potentially libellous rubbish in the first place. So let's keep a lid on it please, for all our sakes.
Sincerely,
M
