| I'm backing the outsider TMWTGG. It had that great duel idea, a terrific Lee, fantastically stylised sets and themes and the best Moore for my money. |

| The living daylights is. On her Majesty's secret service close second but I don't really like what George Lazenby did as James Bond. From Russia with love close third but I dislike the final, too much action, it breaks what the film built before, a wonderful atmosphere, very menacing. The only flaw of The living daylights is miss Moneypenny played by Caroline Bliss and her office in the Q branch. They should have reused a lovely character, Penelope Smallbone. I prefer her to Caroline Bliss' character. It would have been better I think. |

Actually, using Penelope Smallbone would have been a great idea. I don't care much for Caroline Bliss, but I think Smallbone would have been a great successor to Maxwell... What would then happen with Samantha Bond? Would she be Moneypenny or Smallbone? Or perhaps Goodnight or Ponsonby? |
