... to be fair would you be comfortable being felt up by your enemy regardless of your sexual preference when you are tied up to a chair and can't get out for the moment? Regardless of sexual preference I think most people would be uncomfortable in that situation IMO. |

In Elektra's chair, on the other hand... |

- But Bond's response in it not being his first time suggests that Bond is deflecting the intimidation. If he immediately reacted with vexation, discomfort or irritation, he'd be giving Silva what he wants. Once Silva turns his back after he unties Bond, that's when Craig can confirm that Bond was uncomfortable/irate with Silva's apparent advances.
Yeah, that's the way I interpreted it. A point was made of showing Bond's expression after being released. He was clearly disgusted and very uncomfortable, when while he was tied up he showed none of those emotions. If anything, he sort of played along suggesting that maybe he was interested in Silva's advances. What I meant was that if you were having trouble trying to decide whether or not Bond was actually comfortable with Silva's advances, all you have to do is look at his expression when they release him. |

| I was interviewed recently for OUT magazine (a leading gay cultural publication). The very subject of Bond, Bond being gay and the cat amongst the pigeons that is those SKYFALL scenes came up....
