Took care of it. As far as I'm concerned, he doesn't belong here. When he was banned I looked up his name on several other sites. The guy keeps posting the same stuff in every different forum, copy and paste. Doing the same to our site is just a waste and almost insulting as if we're just another random forum to him to post in.

The sad part is that j7 has probably been lurking on the forums, and started posting again as soon as he realised he could. Sure, I got thrown out of MI6book and CBn, but I didn't just hover there for week hoping that my account would be restored.

Well it says he's banned till "Sat 3 Aug 0.43h" so who knows. I've quit forums and just given up. Another brick in the j7 enigma.

Today is August 3rd. I don't know why it thinks August 3rd is a Saturday, but I'm guessing the ban was set to expire at 12:43am. I was under the impression that GS permabanned him, though.

The real mystery is why j7 still think he's welcome here. GS posted the draft message informing him of his ban a while ago, and that made it pretty clear that we didn't want him to be a member anymore. Perhaps he could be reported to Forum Motion HQ as a serial pest. He did, after all, nearly jeopardise the future of the forums.

I permabanned him last time after Gravy sent the message, but it looks like he's bypassed it somehow. Python's tried to ban about three times in the last hour of so, but he keeps bouncing back. What he's done now is set it for 365 days (August 3rd, 2013).

So, he's gone now?

We'll have to wait and see.

Yeah, I tried banning him permanently. Then he came back a few minutes later. Setting the new ban for a year, I just want to see how well that sticks and if he bypasses that then it's left to M's powers, or beyond.

He sent me a message saying he was unbanned by M.

Can this be verified? If so, I believe M should have the final say on this.

Well, if he's sticking around, then who's going to send the letter of apology?
