Presumably Trump kept his opinion of fictional serial killers to himself this time round.

It's the entire western world. After WWII, and especially after the Cold War, our civilization went off the cliff. We've entered a new Dark Age and probably won't live long enough to see recrudescence.

I believe so. I was just annoyed he didn't pick David Dragonpol as his favourite serial killer instead.

Hard to know which is more disgraceful, Trump's continuing prosperity or the Supreme Court's rollback (or drive over) on basic principles.
Y'know, Al Franken could have beaten Trump up one side and down the other in any of these three elections. He certainly could have outtalked him and outsmarted him. Wishing I was living in that timeline, or even a crazier less likely one one where Gore and Bernie teamed up and replaced Biden on ticket.
Back to my self-exile.

What's most disgraceful is the Left's jailing of political dissidents, including, if possible, Trump. The Left may have lost the Cold War, but they've succeeded in refashioning the USSR from what used to be the USA.

All the while, they warn this is what Trump will do if elected.

It seems scripted to me because it's so blatant and obvious to everyone without a dog in this fight.

Well, Trump's been 'winged' by a shooter (bullet clipped his ear) at a campaign rally. Shooter's exact beef is currently unclear, as the CIA promptly plugged him. Unfortunately, another spectator was killed and a few others injured.
Not hard to imagine him riding the 'assassination attempt survivor' narrative all the way to the White House now.

Now that we have a new Democratic frontrunner for the presidential nomination I wonder how long it'll be before Trump refers to her as Kamala Devi(l) Harris?
