To watch or not to watch?

Me too. I read a review of BODY DOUBLE and, while I can't remember where the hell it was, the writer mentioned that great films like BODY DOUBLE that truly represented the 80s were overshadowed by a lot of the teen crap of the time period. Too true.

I am just saying that both films are not for everyone unless you are a Russell and DePalma's fan like I!

It's worth a try. Barry's score is the best aspect of the film, without a doubt.

I think I've seen that, but it was in the 90's.

I like William Hurt, though.

Isn't it the way. Never seen it and for some reason I see the title and think of Lindsay Lohan.

A lot of these Tyler Perry "Madea" films have been crossing my desk. Funny? Crap? Both?

The only decent one is WHY DID I GET MARRIED?

Are any of the cinematic GATSBYs worthwhile? Ladd, Redford, Stephens? I've heard critiques of all of them (Ladd's version too censored and changed from the novel, Redford's too respectful of the novel and therefore lifeless and hollow, Stephen's too cheap to adapt properly, etc.)

Is William Friedkin's SORCERER worth a watch? I'm familiar with Tangerine Dream's score for it, but haven't seen the film.
