| Simon's called it a 'twitbook' replacement but I'd plug for either MI6book or NuMI6.
BastarMI6adisation...nope. Those two for sure. |

| NuMI6 is my pick.
It sums up the vapidness of the place and the obvious attempt to appeal to juvenile delinquents who'll gobble up any floating turd as long as it's new and shiny. |

| Maybe we should ask ourselves why we're filtering members. If it's because of trash-talking MI6 or people on it, maybe that should stop.
There are likely members from there who wish to join Bond and Beyond. I don't think anyone shouldn't be given a chance. But if they're gonna stir up trouble, then they can be banned or whatever. I know that my brother has tried to sign up here, and he was denied. Who knows if anyone's tried to sign up in good will and then been denied. Don't build a wall.
I would appreciate if my brother could get his account validated - his username is Joe. Names involving Strangelove, HJackson (hunterharry), Sartorious, Jobe and SJK91 should also be watched out for and validated, IMO. |

It is because we are trying to maintain quality over quantity. But I agree. I'm worried about becoming too exclusive. We need to maintain security I suppose, but we can't afford to turn too many people away. |

| Exactly. If we keep at 50 or so members, it will fizzle out. It will be a delicate balance. |

As far as I know, there shouldn't have been anybody denied membership here, LA. Sure, it's no longer a case of "just type in two words and walk through the door" because of last night's leaks and unrecognised usernames lurking with no intent to post and no intent to declare who the hell they actually were and how they got here. As far as I'm aware, from now on if someone tries to register, they'll be responded to by the admin and have their account sorted out here. I've just fired off a PM to the admin too, so if any user by the username of Joe turns up via e-mail registration request, he'll be allowed in no problem. With regards to getting more members, I'd suggest a thread for potential invites. Just in case one man's best mate is another man's deadly antagonist, or whatever. If no one objects to the member suggestion, then that member will be fine for here. It'll also help the admin in knowing who's requested to join so that he can okay it. |

| We're only really keeping this exclusive to mature members.
Children who want to make various threads about how they finally kissed a girl, or how there parents are being investigated by CPS can do that elsewhere. Preferably Mi6 -- that's their specialty, anyway.
I've not problem with friends of current members being invited here. I'm glad that you invited your brother, Louis, as it'll be nice having some new faces in the community.
Overall, I think our "blacklist" only holds the names of a handful of people. And I'm sure they've already become comfortable with nuMi6, anyhow.

| I think nuMi6 sums it up. It does to KTBEU what J.J. Abrams did to Star Trek.
Though PAINFACEbook is a worthy contender.
That PAIN FACE meme was one of the best things I ever started on KTBEU. Lots of luls. I'm quite proud of it.
Notice how I keep calling the old forum KTBEU. I never referred to it as such before. But now I do because the forum that currently holds the MI6 no longer has that motto. It's more distinctive calling the old one KTBEU. |

Sounds good. Thanks Lazenby. I've created an "Invitation" thread in this same forum. Users can simply state who they've invited, to give M a heads up on who may be showing up here and registering. :) |
