| 10/10, I can't really fault anything in it. It's probably as good as Casino Royale, possibly even better. |

| It's a very good from me, I did enjoy it but I didn't come out of the cinema on a high like I did with CR, I have issues with the films plot credibility, the pacing and the occasional lapses into something reminiscent of Jack Bauer 24 and The A Team territory. |

| 10/10. Perfect film all round, probably one of my all time favourite movies, not just Bond movies. |

| 10/10 for me. I'll need time to put it in place, because right now the instinct is to make it Number One, but I'd like to spend time with the film for a while yet.
Daniel Craig is probably the best Bond though now. It's only nostalgia that's stopping me from committing ;)

| 5/10. It's average. The second half is just as bad as the worst of QoS. The first half is perhaps slightly better than QoS. |

| Somewhere between very good and excellent, though I'm still calibrating my thoughts. Never seen such a strong audience reaction at a cinema.
After this, I never want to watch CASINO ROYALE or QUANTUM OF SOLACE again. |

What scenes were were they reacting to? |

What scenes were were they reacting to? Too many to name, though the introductions between Bond and Q, Bond and Silva, and most of the scenes with Finney and Craig. In fact, there was rarely a scene that didn't get at least one laugh. The score helped a lot too at lending the film a light touch. |

| I'm pleased you enjoyed yourself, Sharky.
So I'm guessing you'd support the return of Mendes for the BOND 24/BOND 25 two-parter? |

| Yep, though mainly to ensure that David Arnold doesn't return yet. Keep holding him off till he dies of old age. |

| 9/10. The only flaw being Silva not getting enough screentime and the Straw Dogs finale but apart from that it was nearly perfect. |

| I liked the STRAW DOGS finale. It was a pleasure to watch two old pensioners take down henchmen. |

| 8/10 for now.
It's one of the best, Craig I was more keen on than the other films. Kincaid was a good character. At the moment the initial reaction is quite keen but like CR it might plane away.
As for audience, the DB5 reveal got the biggest reaction (though the Moneypenny reveal and DB5's destruction got mine). There was some increasing noise to when Silva is feeling Bond up at their first meet. |

| It's interesting reading everyone's comments on the film before I've seen it.
Has Sir Ambler weighed in on SKYFALL yet?
I have a feeling Baker St. won't be calling Marlohe in any time soon... |

I thought he's seen it, though he's being conspicuously silent about it. |

| Well, it's a four out of ten from me. Below average for the series.
I found SKYFALL a huge disappointment (especially in view of all the hype and rave reviews). In fact, I'm almost thinking: come back QUANTUM OF SOLACE, all is forgiven.
CASINO ROYALE remains by far Craig's best outing. |

CASINO ROYALE is an embarrassment. None of SKYFALL's warmth, menace, humour, class, bints, visuals, music, or joie de vivre. |

| This film gets a well earned 10 from me. I only watched Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace this week after a friend said I should watch them before seeing Skyfall. I loved Skyfall and wanted to talk to James Bond fans about it and find out what James Bond film I should watch next. My name is Brian, but my avatar name is from my favourite part of Skyfall. If I had known James Bond films used Tennyson I'd have became a fan long before now! What an exciting way to use his words. I need more James Bond though. Which film would be best to watch after Skyfall? Thanks.

Well, I suggest you to watch them in the order they were made. Also, you should really read Fleming's novels because they're very good. |
