So, what happened to the upload avatar option?

Likely a glitch.

Or, sudden thought, websites got wind somehow of avatars being hotlinked or some nonsense and complained to forumotion who removed the function.

I have too. Now it seems all the Skyfall posts been deleted. Maybe M is working on the reforms.

All the SF threads have been moved to the other sections, looks like its still a work in progress. Moving away from the SF angle is the logical next step for the forum.

I'm accessing the forum from multiple devices and sometimes I find I'm still logged in even after I've signed out. Any idea what causes this and how I might prevent it?

Maybe you've logged in thru another device since? I've done this a few times before.

Does the search function work for anyone else? Just did a search for Looper. I know there are some posts on it in the Last Movie thread, but I got no returns.

Unfortunately the search function is about as useful as the one on the olde MI6.

FWIW, to search BaB I use Google. Try this for Google search:

site:bondandbeyond.forumotion.com "looper"

The first part "site:bondandbeyond etc." is to search here, but applies to any other website. The quotation marks are to specify that you mean Looper, and Looper. Otherwise you'll also get results for loop/loops.

I often resort to page by page searching. Certain parts of the forum are only four pages...and I have nothing better to do.

Thanks, folks. Unfortunately, the passage of time means I've forgotten what I wanted to say about Looper.

Seems to be taking a while to load up the forum or for pages to load. Anyone else getting that?

The banner's a red cross and since the banner vermooshed it seems once a post is submitted the page doesn't move on. That's my admittedly trivial technical problemo.

I think an admin could put a custom Google search bar on the top of the site in HTML.

I tried deleting cookies to see if it would restore the banner but I still don't see it.
