I said it in another thread a while back, but I'd love to see Claire Foy get a crack at it. She's not a bombshell but she's good looking and scrubs up well, and she's a pretty compelling young actress. She was easily the best thing about the BBC's doomed 'Upstairs, Downstairs' reboot:

He looks like Fleming's Blofeld from YOLT or at least similar to how I envisaged him. Even Fleming changed up the Blofeld look a bit, from book to book.
As for Bond girls, I'd be happy with the return of one of my personal favourites. Great look. She's saying, "Craig are you up to it this time? No, not sure? Sad about mommy? Doesn't matter, I like being Bond girl. I bet that new Q, will notice me!"
Olga is currently finishing up work here -- her Thunderball -- but hopefully her schedule might then be clear for B24.

Assuming Sam Mendes returns for the next to flicks, I think it's safe to assume that Kevin Spacey and/or Jude Law will be seen in the franchise. Jude Law is proving to be a great actor, and he has worked with Sam before, as has Kevin Spacey, and he was rumoured to have a part in SF but declined because of other projects he was involved with at the time. I'd be happy with either though: Kevin Spacey is more likely, but Jude Law I think would be more fitting in the Bond-o-sphere.
By the way, that is a cracking shot of Olga, Tiff!

I don't know ... I can't really see either of them in a Bond film. I suppose Jude Law might work if they wanted to introduce Ronnie Valance, but I don't think Spacey would fit into the films at all.

Spacey would make a great villain or ally. Don't see how he'd struggle to fit in to a Bond film at all.

That's true, but I can't help feeling that every time I saw him on-screen, I'd be thinking "Oh, hey, that's Kevin Spacey", and that would see me disengage from the film a little.
If it absolutely had to happen, then I think Spacey would be best used in a role like Helen McCrory's in SKYFALL: short, effective, and something to give Spacey a chance to stretch his acting legs without overshadowing the rest of the film.

Scratch Carrey off - Bond's probably too violent for him now. Some other names I've thought of:
Damien Lewis - watching Homeland now and he's just brilliant. Can imagine him as a stalking Red Grant type. Corey Stoll - American TV showcases some fine actors, and this guy also looks like a potential villain, bald head/imposing height and all. He's got a Telly Savalas vibe. Djimon Hounsou - Another good actor who can be physically imposing.
