The imagery is reminiscent of OHMSS, as well. I wonder if they'll really have Bond go through the whole "fall in-love/get married/girl gets killed" pattern again? If so, I assume it's with Bellucci, seeing how Tracy was Italian.

Weird "press conference". I don't recall any conference being that cryptic. They must have a lot to hide on this film. Best not to put the cast out there and run the risk of them talking too much.

Yep you're right. Must have been too taken by Lea's look to hear the name!

Lea's a chameleon. She can look plain or beautiful as a role demands. She's a hell of an actress too.

Wonder if Waltz is gonna be Bond's ski instructor Hannes Oberhauser and Blofeld will be a faceless character as he was for his first few films.

Let's hope there is another beauty in a smaller role and we'd have a contender for best bond girl gallery that rivals TB and TWINE!

This may be the best cast assembled for a Bond film.

Yeah, turned out this was more of an elaborate announcement rather than a press conference. I think EON learned after the last few that they were kind of a waste because they never bother to answer any questions beyond "you'll find out when it premieres".

I wonder what happened to the English Bond girl, who was supposed to be an MI6 agent.

And it seems the Hinx name is staying… Damn.

Belluci is playing an Italian character pronounced: Lucia. My guess is she's Blofeld's wife. Sleeps with Bond. She pays the price with her life. Then Blofeld gets back at Bond by killing something he's shown that he loves: Madeline.

Madeline will be the woman to make Bond want to get married and think about a normal life, but their time together will be tragically cut short when Blofeld and Hinx fire a bullet into the windshield of Bond's DB10, killing Madeline.
